Celebs Toni Braxton and Method Man Owe Money

(Oct. 6) After failing to pay on a $900,000 loan taken out with City National Bank, R&B singer Toni Braxton is being sued.  Braxton took out the loan in November of 2007 and has failed to pay on the promissory not since April 2009.

Braxton is being sued for the remaining balance of $657,000 and interest in excess of $44,000.

Rapper Method Man was arrested and charged with tax evasion Monday.  The Grammy winning rapper, named Clifford Smith, owed $32, 799 to New York for income state taxes from 2004 to 2007.  He could face up to four years in prison if convicted.

Smith turned himself in early Monday morning.
